• Develop and implement the product’s retention strategy;
• Lead the CRM team by setting tasks, building effective processes, and ensuring high-quality execution;
• Build the department roadmap and define key priorities;
• Develop customer segmentation and communication strategies across different stages of the customer lifecycle;
• Plan and launch automated and manual Email, Push, and SMS campaigns;
