Retention and Bonus Manager

Що робити

Independently manage bonus campaigns end-to-end;
Select bonus mechanics tailored to player segments and lifecycle stages;
Define bonus terms and calculate their financial impact;
Analyze campaign performance;
Optimize Bonus Cost, Conversion, Turnover, and Revenue;

Що очікуємо

1.5–3+ years of experience in Bonuses, CRM, Retention;
Experience independently launching promotional campaigns;
In-depth understanding of bonus mechanics;
Knowledge of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Turnover, Conversion, and Retention;
Understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle management;
