Apartment floor plan optimization
Unit layout efficiency and livability
Unit mix strategy
Residential space planning
Improving layouts for leasing velocity, pricing, and market demand
This role involves reviewing and refining apartment layouts during the pre-construction phase to help developers and landlords create more rentable and sellable units.
Experience with multifamily, condo, rental, or conversion projects is strongly preferred.
