- Analyze existing HR documents and identify opportunities for standardization and automation
- Design and develop document templates in XFT Document Composer
- Migrate legacy templates (mainly Microsoft Word-based) into XFT
- Implement template logic, conditions, and reusable content blocks
- Build and maintain data mappings between Oracle HCM, SAP, and document templates
Що очікуємо
- Strong hands-on experience with XFT Document Composer
- Solid background in document template development and automation
- Experience with HR documents (employment contracts, offer letters, employee documents, etc.)
- Good understanding of XML, template logic, and dynamic field mapping
- Experience integrating with Oracle HCM, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with large-scale HR system transformations
- Knowledge of document lifecycle automation
- Previous experience in global/multi-country HR environments
