- Source candidates for all open positions;
- Search for specialists through LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram and other relevant channels;
- Use AI tools for candidate sourcing, research and identification of relevant profiles;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates;
- Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements;
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment;
- Hands-on experience with candidate search and different sourcing channels;
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing and candidate research;
- Strong autonomy and ability to make decisions independently;
- High level of responsibility for results and assigned tasks;
