Що робити

  • Process and team management
  • Run recruitment as a system: improve team standards from intake to offer, unified evaluation criteria, role profile templates, and rules of engagement with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the recruiting team: distribute roles based on business priorities and workload, enforce timelines
  • Develop the team: mentor recruiters, give feedback on assessment quality and communication, run calibration sessions, keep a consistent professional level across the team.
  • Own recruiting analytics: track and analyze TTH, TTF, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and channel effectiveness. Deliver leadership reporting with conclusions and data-driven recommendations.

Що очікуємо

  • 4+ years in recruitment with focus on IT/Digital roles.
  • Experience coordinating recruiters, mentoring, or building and optimizing hiring processes.
  • Strong direct sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Boolean search, X-ray, professional communities, referrals. Proactive approach, not waiting for inbound.
  • Solid command of interview methodologies: biographical, competency-based, case-based, projective. Ability to structure the conversation and test hypotheses through concrete candidate examples.
  • Hands-on with recruiting analytics: TTH, TTF, funnel conversion, channel effectiveness, quality of hire.
