Що робити
- ✦ Continuously source and build a pipeline of candidates for tech and design roles (Ukrainian market)
- ✦ Keep the candidate pool active and warm - maintain regular communication and follow-ups
- ✦ Conduct short pre-screening calls with candidates
- ✦ Manage candidates through the full recruitment process
- ✦ Assist hiring managers with scheduling, coordination, and candidate feedback

- ✦ Organized and detail-oriented - you keep things on track without being reminded
- ✦ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- ✦ English - Intermediate level (B1+)
