What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)
Fullfill all Recruitment Process for European and LatAm Market Candidates: Sourcing, CV Check, Initial Outreach, interview Organisation, Update Candidate regarding SLA
Ensure tracking Candidates Database
Create Talent pool for Hot Vacancies
Report directly to HR Lead
Communicate with candidates on Spanish
What you bring (Requirements)
1–3+ years in Recruitment, Talent Aquisition, Sourcing
English Upper-Intermediate+, Ukrainian/Russian Fluent, Spanish (optional)
Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to manage multiple vacancies in parallel
Familiarity with HRS tools and reporting routines
High level of self-organization, responsibility, and ownership
