Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively identify and engage qualified passive candidates using our full recruiting stack (LinkedIn, Xing, SalesQL, Apollo, Instantly).
Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical background, soft skills, language proficiency, and motivation against client requirements.
Candidate Presentation: Prepare detailed, structured Candidate Summaries and present shortlist profiles to clients via email.
End-to-End Pipeline Management: Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle — coordinate client interviews, collect feedback, manage expectations, and assist during the offer acceptance stage.
Pre-onboarding Support: Maintain regular communication with candidates after contract signing and throughout their notice period to ensure a seamless start on day one.

Experience: 0.5- 1+ years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment.
Language Skills: German — B2 (fluent in written and spoken). English — (B1+).
Market Exposure: Prior experience working with European clients/candidates (especially the DACH region: Germany, Switzerland) is an advantage.
Sales Mindset: Strong persuasive communication skills with a proven ability to “sell” opportunities to passive candidates and handle objections.
Autonomy & Ownership: Self-driven, highly disciplined, and comfortable working in a 100% remote setup while managing priorities independently.
