Що робити
- Act as the main contact for internal sourcers and external recruitment vendors, aligning them on role requirements and monitoring performance.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Coordinate interview stages, provide candidate insights and recommendations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Lead offer negotiations and support the transition from candidate to onboarding.

- Substantial experience in recruitment process management or talent acquisition, specifically within fintech, iGaming, or high-risk sectors.
- Proven track record of managing external vendors and collaborating with specialized talent sourcers.
- Deep understanding of the financial landscape.
- Exceptional evaluation skills, with the ability to quickly identify "A-player" talent from a high-volume pipeline.
- Strong communication skills and the professional presence required to manage complex hiring processes autonomously.
