Що робити

Own 5-8 open reqs at any given time — tech and non-tech, multiple geographies simultaneously
Source proactively across Djinni, Work.ua, LinkedIn, international boards, and creative channels — communities, direct headhunting, mass outreach
Run pre-screening yourself: async form or 10-15 min call, same-day written recommendation to the next step.
Set up automated candidate comms — confirmations, rejections, status updates — nothing manual per candidate
Chase scorecard completion the moment a hire is confirmed — don't open the req without it
