- Conduct structured problem-discovery/CustDev interviews with enterprise decision-makers.
- Gather market requirements, map pain points, and define functional specifications for POC prototypes.
- Secure non-binding Letters of Intent (LOI) from prospective enterprise clients.
- Actively utilize AI workflows for market analysis, interview summarization, and hypothesis modeling.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Market Research, CustDev, R&D, or Product Discovery within B2B SaaS / Enterprise IT.
- Fluent English (C1 Advanced) with exceptional conversational and synthesis skills.
- Proven track record of running CustDev frameworks and driving non-binding LOIs.
- AI-Native Mindset: Strong hands-on usage of AI agents, prompt frameworks, and analysis tools.
- High autonomy, startup mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
