Evaluate potential PSPs and payment methods from business, financial, operational, and technical perspectives.
Prepare business calculations to determine whether cooperation with a PSP is commercially viable, considering incoming and outgoing turnover, fees, conversion, reserves, settlements, FX, limits, chargebacks, and payout conditions.
Compare PSP proposals and provide structured recommendations to support provider selection and integration decisions.
Review technical documentation and assess integration requirements, payment flows, APIs, webhooks/callbacks, transaction statuses, deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
Coordinate PSP integrations with providers and internal Product and Development teams, including testing and go-live support.

2+ years of experience with PSPs, payment systems, acquiring, payment operations, payment integrations, or payment analytics.
Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
Practical understanding of online casino deposit and withdrawal flows.
Experience with fiat payments; understanding of crypto payment flows will be an advantage.
Good understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment gateways, APMs, settlements, reserves, chargebacks, refunds, and FX.
