Що робити
- Monitor acceptance and conversion daily/hourly, diagnose deterioration by provider, route, BIN and decline code, and optimise routing, cascading and 3DS strategy.
- Own the payment incident log - coordinating PSPs, Engineering, Risk and Support through to root cause and resolution.
- Be the primary commercial and operational contact for our PSPs, acquirers, aggregators and banking partners, running regular business reviews.
- Partner with Risk, Fraud and BI to spot suspicious deposit/withdrawal patterns and feed payment intelligence into detection models.
- Support our B2B platform with reusable integration standards, connector documentation and client onboarding.
