- Define product strategy for protocol-level features across betting, gaming, and prediction market products
- Collaborate closely with smart contract, backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to prioritize protocol development
- Translate business goals and user needs into protocol specifications and product requirements
- Design and improve protocol mechanics related to betting markets, reward systems, digital assets, and on-chain interactions
- Work with engineering teams to plan protocol upgrades, feature releases, and ecosystem improvements
Що очікуємо
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- Strong understanding of blockchain products, smart contracts, wallets, and on-chain user experiences
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical product development
- Understanding of protocol mechanics, digital asset ecosystems, and blockchain transaction flows
- Familiarity with prediction markets, betting platforms, gaming ecosystems, or digital asset products
