Що робити

Design and fine-tune prompts to ensure the Voice AI bots deliver clear, accurate, and human-like conversations.
Conduct experiments with prompt structures, language variations, and tone to optimize the quality of voice interactions.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompts with underlying AI models.
Analyze performance metrics (accuracy, engagement rates, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
Debug and troubleshoot prompt-related issues to improve the robustness of conversational flows.

Що очікуємо

Proven experience working with large language models (LLMs).
Strong command of prompt design principles for conversational AI, including context control, user intent recognition, and sentiment adaptation.
Familiarity with voice interfaces and speech-to-text systems.
Ability to iterate quickly based on user testing and analytics.
Strong analytical and debugging skills to evaluate prompt performance and model output.
