Що робити
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns for Casino and/or Sportsbook products.
- Create and manage promotional mechanics: Free Spins, Cashback, Reload Bonuses, Free Bets, Tournaments, and other bonus offers.
- Develop promotional strategies for different player segments, including New, Active, Inactive, and VIP players.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Retention, VIP, and Marketing teams.
- Plan and maintain promotional calendars.
Що очікуємо
- Previous experience as a Promo Manager, Promotion Manager, CRM Manager, or Retention Manager in iGaming.
- Understanding of Casino and/or Sportsbook products.
- Strong knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns.
- Understanding of player segmentation and retention strategies.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and promotional tools.
