- Manage 5–8 web development projects simultaneously;
- Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers;
- Communicate with international clients on a daily basis;
- Plan project timelines, budgets, and priorities;
- Organize Daily, Weekly, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective meetings;
