- Plan and manage projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, and key deliverables, while keeping track of dependencies between hardware and software
- Coordinate engineering, product, and partner teams, ensuring alignment and steady progress
- Identify risks early and address issues before they impact delivery
- Work with partners, clients, and institutional stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and alignment with project goals
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working with hardware systems or complex technical products
- (preferably UAV / UAS or miltech projects)
- Understanding of how products move from development to deployment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering environments
