- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / web development
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — comfortable on calls and in writing with clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies - Scrum and Kanban
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with time-tracking tools (Toggl, Clockify, Harvest)
- Basic understanding of estimation techniques and budget tracking
- Experience working with international clients (EU, UK, US)
- Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools
- Knowledge of Git basics - branches, merges, releases
