Що робити
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company’s internal products, from feature ideation to release.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Oversee day-to-day development activities, proactively resolving blockers and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, align priorities, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers, ensuring clear tasks and balanced workloads.
Що очікуємо
- Experience/strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentational skills: proficiency in direct stakehoder communication and delivering project updates throughout different stages.
- Strong in people management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
