About DALOR
DALOR is building a marketplace where people and businesses can rent equipment from local providers. We’re preparing for launch in Vienna and focusing on reliable listings, a straightforward booking experience and a strong provider network.
We’re a small startup looking for a hands-on Project Manager / QA Specialist to help coordinate delivery and check that the product works as expected. The role combines practical project coordination with manual testing.
What you’ll do
Organize work in Trello: clarify tasks, owners, priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
Coordinate with product, development, marketing and operations, and raise blockers early.
Turn business needs and team decisions into clear tasks and acceptance criteria.
Test key user journeys, including registration, listing creation, search, booking and communication.
Run regression checks before releases and after important changes.
Write reproducible bug reports with steps, expected and actual results, evidence and severity.
Retest fixes and keep QA results and release readiness visible.
Help maintain release checklists and communicate risks to the team.
What we’re looking for
Experience coordinating delivery for a software product, startup or digital project.
Hands-on manual QA experience with web or mobile products.
Ability to turn unclear requests into well-scoped, testable tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates.
Comfort working in an early-stage startup where priorities and processes may evolve.
Experience with Trello or similar tools. Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Linear, TestRail or browser debugging tools is useful.
Fluent Ukrainian and working English for day-to-day team communication. German is a plus.
