Що робити
- Conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings
- Ensure the team adheres to the full SDLC process
- Monitor and enforce timely updates in JIRA, making sure tasks and timesheets are properly tracked and reported
- Create, assign, and follow up on tasks in JIRA
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to C-level management on project status, release plans, scope, timelines, and risks (including delays if expected)
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
- Proven experience working with Jira
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong communication skills: ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of project goals
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
