Що робити
- Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client after the project launch;
- Maintain regular communication via Slack, email, and conference calls;
- Collect and relay feedback to the team;
- Keep the client informed about the project status, risks, and potential delays.
Що очікуємо
- Must be based in the United States or Canada to ensure overlap with the team's working hours (US time zones);
- Work experience in the field of design and/or video production (as a designer, SMM specialist, account manager, etc.);
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level (both written and spoken);
- Strong self-organization and time management skills;
- High level of proactivity and ownership;
Що пропонуємо
- Previous experience in the creative industry, particularly in graphic design, motion design, or visual design;
- Genuine interest in creative, branding, design, or digital content projects;
- Familiarity with creative workflows and collaboration with designers or creative teams.
