As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive multiple projects, improve processes, and help our teams work smarter and more efficiently.
We are looking for someone ready to take ownership of: 🔹 Managing roadmaps across multiple projects, including priorities, timelines, and delivery. 🔹 Defining, implementing, and monitoring SLAs. 🔹 Creating and breaking down tasks for the Development team and ensuring timely execution. 🔹 Improving internal Development processes and cross-functional collaboration. 🔹 Optimizing communication and reducing Time-to-Market both internally and when working with clients. 🔹 Quickly diving into technical and business challenges and finding effective solutions. 🔹 Automating processes and implementing tools to improve team efficiency. 🔹 Working with APIs and API documentation. 🔹 Collaborating with developers to resolve technical issues and blockers. 🔹 Using AI and automation tools to optimize daily workflows.
You’re a great fit if you have: 🔸 2+ years of experience in Project Management, including managing multiple projects at the same time. 🔸 Experience working closely with Development teams and a good understanding of technical processes. 🔸 Good understanding of APIs and experience working with API documentation. 🔸 Experience creating, prioritizing, and managing technical tasks. 🔸 Strong critical and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset. 🔸 Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep track of multiple workflows. 🔸 Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. 🔸 A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes and find better ways of working.
Required tools: 🔹 Atlassian products — Jira, Trello, or similar tools. 🔹 Postman or similar API testing tools. 🔹 Figma or similar design collaboration tools. 🔹 Browser Developer Tools / Web Console. 🔹 VS Code or similar development environments. 🔹 AI tools — Claude Code, Gemini, AI Agents, or similar solutions.
Nice to have: 🔹 Hands-on experience with process and workflow automation. 🔹 Experience working with bots and automation tools. 🔹 Experience integrating AI tools into team workflows. 🔹 Experience improving processes across multiple teams or departments. 🔹 Understanding of how automation and process improvements can increase overall business efficiency.
