We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end e-commerce projects, bridging the gap between client needs and technical execution.
1. Requirements
Experience: Proven, hands-on experience managing projects within the Magento / Adobe Commerce ecosystem is mandatory.
Certification: Adobe Commerce certification is not required but will be considered a colossal advantage.
English Proficiency: Fluency in English, level B2 or higher (C1 preferred). You will be communicating directly with international clients.
Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage expectations and deliver under tight deadlines
2. What You Will Do
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead full-cycle development projects from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.
Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Resource & Risk Management: Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
Process Improvement: Contribute to internal processes to improve delivery speed and project quality within the Adobe Commerce landscape.
