- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver fintech products from discovery through deployment and post-deployment maintenance.
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Gather and document business requirements, define project scope, and manage delivery.
- Plan and oversee timelines, budgets and resources.
- Define and maintain roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
Що очікуємо
- Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in product-based companies. Experience in fintech or web3 will be a plus.
- Proven experience combining Project Management and Business Analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
