• Running 6–10 support projects in parallel at the start: light-touch maintenance with a bi-weekly team call, request handling and monthly invoicing;
• Moving on to larger development projects as you gain experience;
• Communication with clients: status updates, reporting and managing expectations;
• Coordinating the team’s workflow, tracking workload and progress;
• Backlog formation, prioritisation and task decomposition;
