Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of team management experience (hiring, developing, leading and managing an enterprise level engineering team).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, related discipline, or equivalent education or experience.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging resources to achieve company and project objectives.
- Experience building collaboration in an organization both horizontally, and vertically.
- Hands on experience with development of software engineering processes and best practices, and successful application thereof.
