- Coordinate multiple parallel projects and tasks, keeping track of deadlines and next steps.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the payment infrastructure and processes with payment providers.
- Reconcile payments and prepare reports on volumes and liquidity.
- Handle first-line communication and maintain relationships with payment providers (EMI/PSP).
- Source and collect proposals from new payment providers, run a first assessment of terms and prepare structured solution options.

- Based in Prague. We prioritize candidates in Prague, but we are open to considering strong candidates from other locations.
- Experience in the P2P segment of crypto exchanges.
- Involvement in a licensing process or in obtaining crypto status in any jurisdiction.
- Experience with LATAM, African or Asian markets.
- Experience with high-risk industries and related compliance processes.
