The role
You’ll oversee several internal and cross-functional technology projects, working across multiple teams and areas of expertise. The role requires strong experience in project planning and delivery, change management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
You’ll provide direction across different workstreams, keep business and technical teams aligned, and make sure projects move forward with clear priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Your expertise:
Strong project management experience within technology or data-focused teams
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
A high level of ownership and personal accountability — from first kickoff to final delivery
A practical, solution-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay structured under pressure
Clear and efficient communication
Openness to learning, adapting, and challenging approaches
Strong collaboration skills — someone who makes the team around them better

You will be involved into:
Lead technology-wide projects from initiation to closure, including change management
Manage several projects and workstreams simultaneously
Establish clear project goals, scope, responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria
Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
Translate requirements clearly across departments, teams, and individuals
Share accountability for project results with the project sponsor
Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate project group meetings
Support backlog management and prioritisation in an iterative development environment
Collect feedback and continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working
