- Gather, analyze, and structure business and product requirements
- Translate requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team
- Manage priorities, scope, and changes throughout the delivery process
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or product teams
- Proven hands-on experience working with web3 products and dApps (must-have)
- Experience supporting delivery of product features or complex functionality end-to-end
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong requirements management skills (gathering, structuring, documenting, and translating into development tasks)
