They are not afraid of complex challenges, can manage multiple areas simultaneously, and enjoy seeing their work move the product forward.
What you'll be doing:
Manage projects at the intersection of development, risk, marketing, and operations—from task definition to delivery.
Coordinate teams, build communication between departments, and eliminate any bottlenecks.
Form clear objectives, set priorities, and ensure deadlines don't become "someday."
Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose concrete solutions—not abstract ones.
Build roadmaps, track progress, and monitor metrics.
Who we're looking for:
Experience in fintech is a plus.
Structured thinking: you can transform chaos into a plan.
Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and SQL.
Proactivity and the ability to negotiate with different people and teams.
Focus on results, not process for the sake of process.
