Що робити
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously (retainers, ongoing support, and greenfield projects (T&M/Fixed Price))
- Pre-sale activities: requirements elicitation and description, estimation
- Project planning and execution, backlog management
- Budget and quality management
- Customer relationship management: day-to-day communication (both verbal and written), engagement development, project negotiations, etc
Що очікуємо
- At least 3+ years of experience in the position of PM in web development is a must
- 2+ years of experience with ecommerce projects, preferably Shopify, but BigCommerce or Magento experience is also considered
- At least an Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, tools, and techniques and their practical application
- Experience with pre-sale activities: requirements elicitation and specification, estimation process
