- Plan, coordinate, and manage project execution across cross-functional teams (product, development, design)
- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
- Monitor team performance, track progress, and ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope
- Establish and maintain structured reporting (daily/weekly status updates, progress tracking, risk reporting)
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and proactively drive solutions
Що очікуємо
- from 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in iGaming / crypto / high-load products)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple streams of work
- Strong focus on reporting and performance tracking (KPIs, team velocity, delivery metrics)
- Experience working with task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in crypto iGaming or betting/gambling products
- Understanding of product metrics, funnels, and user behavior
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Technical background or close collaboration with development teams
- Experience managing remote teams
