Що робити
- Project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope of work;
- Align with customer requirements and expectations;
- Prepare project documentation and keep it up to date;
- Identify and document project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts;
- Control and coordinate the workload of your team members (mostly 2-5 people, bigger projects up to 15), and help them with problems that arise during development processes;
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience managing software development projects with full delivery responsibility;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to ask insightful and relevant questions to uncover client needs and expectations, and turn them into technical descriptions;
- Deep understanding of Agile philosophy and ability to apply methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to projects of various complexity;
- Ability to understand complex client requests and turn them into technical descriptions;
- Ability to identify risks, and coordinate with the team to find mitigation strategies;
