Що робити
- Own the end-to-end BI Jira process: Ready for Estimate → To Do → In Progress → Waiting for Review → Closed
- Distribute incoming tasks to the right BI analysts/engineers based on workspace, department, brand, and capacity
- Prioritize tasks using the Impact + Urgency matrix and assign correct P1—P4 priorities
- Monitor progress daily, follow up on aging tasks, and prevent backlog growth
- Track SLA acknowledgment and resolution targets
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Jira Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, boards, automation, components, custom fields, and dashboards
- Strong understanding of task prioritization, SLA logic, and backlog management
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- QA/release validation mindset
