Що робити
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple concurrent projects
- Manage client expectations, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery
- Maintain communication through Upwork and other agreed channels, including milestone discussions and project updates
- Coordinate project execution in collaboration with engineers, BA, designers, and BDM
- Support Scrum processes including sprint planning alignment, progress tracking, and delivery follow-ups
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year experience as an Account Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or similar client-facing role in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects or contractors (5–10+ simultaneously)
- Strong client communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher)
- Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
- Experience with CRM/ERP or project tracking systems
