- Managing game projects & our internal tools, including planning, execution, and control of project tasks
- Ensuring effective resource allocation and meeting project deadlines
- Creating all necessary documentation for the project: tech specs, design docs, etc.
- Coordinating the work of developers, designers, and other project participants
- Identifying and managing project risks and resolving issues in a timely manner
