- Consult the project team during the Discovery phase.
- Review and challenge project assumptions, scope, estimates, timelines, and delivery approach.
- Identify potential technical, delivery, compliance, and certification risks.
- Share practical lessons learned from previous medical device development projects.
- Provide recommendations on project planning, budgeting, estimation, and risk mitigation.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager on complex medical device development projects.
- At least one medical device project successfully delivered to production/market.
- Practical experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Hardware, Embedded Software, QA, Systems/Architecture, and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of medical device development lifecycle, compliance, and certification processes.
- Strong expertise in project estimation, budgeting, delivery planning, timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
