Fit4Me is looking for a Product UI/UX Designer who will help develop our Health & Fitness product through UX/UI solutions that directly impact activation, engagement, retention, and purchase metrics.
In addition to improving the user experience, one of the key challenges of this role will be building and maintaining a clear, scalable design environment in Figma, including the design system, components, design tokens, and collaboration processes between Product, Design, and Development teams.
You will work across both mobile and web products, contribute to the development of key user journeys, participate in A/B testing initiatives, and leverage AI tools to create consistent visuals and graphical assets that support the overall product experience.

Your area of Impact:
Designing UX/UI solutions for mobile and web products.
Improving key product journeys, including onboarding, subscription experience, progress tracking, workout flows, checkout, and other user interactions.
Creating and validating design solutions through A/B testing to improve product performance.
Developing and maintaining the design system, including components, libraries, design tokens, and usage guidelines.
Organizing and maintaining a structured Figma environment with clear navigation, versioning, localization support, and design documentation.
Creating user flows, wireframes, UI concepts, and interactive prototypes.
Ensuring high-quality design handoff and close collaboration with the development team during implementation.
Using product metrics, user behavior insights, and competitive analysis to support design decisions.
Contributing to the development and improvement of design processes within the team.
What do you need to join us:
3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related product design role.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Design Tokens, and Prototyping.
Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
Experience organizing and managing structured design environments in Figma.
Strong experience designing complex user flows and product experiences.
Hands-on experience working with both mobile and web products.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience collaborating with development teams and delivering high-quality design handoff.
Practical experience using AI tools in design workflows (Claude Design, Midjourney, Gemini, or similar), including creating consistent visuals, characters, and graphical assets within a unified product style.
Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design principles.
Understanding of localization requirements and multilingual interface design.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Strong UX thinking and product mindset.
Intermediate+ level of English.

Experience working with subscription-based products.
Experience in Health & Fitness, Wellness, or Lifestyle products.
Experience designing onboarding quizzes and other personalized user journeys.
Experience running A/B tests and validating product hypotheses.
Understanding of product metrics and user behavior analysis.
Experience with gamification and behavioral UX.
