- Manage content localization and adaptation for international markets, including translation oversight and cultural relevance.
- Coordinate with product, retention, tech, design, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth product launches and feature rollouts.
- Oversee multimedia content production, including texts, images, videos, and infographics, coordinating with UI/UX and web designers where necessary.
- Manage product operations tools and tech stack (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) to enhance collaboration and productivity across teams.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience working on the GR8 Tech platform, with hands-on involvement in product operations, integrations, or workflow optimizations.
- Strong attentiveness to detail and a high sense of responsibility, ensuring accurate execution of processes and timely delivery of operational goals.
- Hands-on experience in creating marketing banners, social media visuals, and promotional graphics using AI generators.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated through the ability to analyze complex problems, anticipate risks, and develop innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- B2 level English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish) is a plus.
