Що робити
- Product Development: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and drive the implementation of new features aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Analyze regulatory requirements and coordinate their timely implementation across the product and business processes.
- Business Continuity: Coordinate changes to critical payment systems while ensuring uninterrupted business operations and minimizing downtime risks.
- SLA Management: Monitor compliance with service-level agreements and requirements for service availability, reliability, and performance.
- Banking Integrations: Coordinate integrations with banks and payment partners, including requirements gathering, solution alignment, development, testing, and deployment.
Що очікуємо
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, payment systems, or money transfer services.
- Understanding of payment infrastructure and banking integration processes.
- Experience working with regulatory requirements and coordinating their implementation.
- Understanding of SLAs, service availability, and business continuity principles.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with payment processing, acquiring, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
- Practical experience implementing NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) requirements and other applicable regulatory obligations.
- Experience launching banking integrations and working with API contracts.
- Understanding of incident management, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems.
- Experience coordinating releases of critical systems without interrupting business operations.
