Our customer is an international organization operating in a highly regulated industry and delivering complex products to global markets. The company is actively investing in operational excellence, process modernization, and digital initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions and locations.
Your Tasks:
Lead digital initiatives from idea definition through pilot execution and broader deployment.
Gather business requirements and convert them into clear product specifications for technical teams.
Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and multi-year development roadmaps.
Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Support adoption of digital solutions across different operational areas.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
Track progress of ongoing initiatives and help remove delivery obstacles.
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and digital tools.
Promote change management activities and encourage adoption of new ways of working.
Contribute to continuous improvement and digital maturity across the organization.
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, technical, or related field.
4+ years of experience within manufacturing, operations, quality, or another process-driven industry.
Previous experience managing projects, products, or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital transformation programs and product lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise environments.
Understanding of regulated business processes and compliance requirements.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Availability for occasional business travel.
Would Be a Plus:
Experience with AI-driven initiatives or intelligent automation projects.
Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts, connected systems, or digital operations.
Experience defining long-term roadmaps and transformation strategies.
Background in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Experience working in multinational environments.
Previous leadership or people management experience.
