Now we are looking for an ambitious Product-Minded Project Manager in Lviv to join our team!
What you’ll do
Lead requirements discovery directly with the client: run calls and workshops on your own, ask the right questions, and turn vague ideas into clear, structured requirements.
Own the product backlog: write user stories with acceptance criteria, prioritize by business value, and keep requirements consistent as the project evolves.
Propose solutions and challenge requests when there’s a better way to reach the client’s goal.
Be the main point of contact for the client: manage expectations, scope and change requests.
Manage the project’s delivery: timeline, scope, budget, Scrum ceremonies and monthly invoicing.
Lead the team: 1:1s, development plans together with HR, conflict resolution.
Report project status to C-level.
Contribute to company initiatives.
What we expect
4+ years in IT as a PM, BA, Product Owner or Product Manager on client projects.
Strong business analysis skills: requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria, user flows, and process descriptions.
Proven experience running client calls independently, without a Tech Lead to back you up.
Product mindset: you can explain why a feature is needed, not only when it will be delivered.
Very good spoken English. You’ll discuss requirements with clients daily.
Experience with Scrum, T&M and Fixed Price projects, and Jira or similar tools.
People management experience.
Based in Lviv and ready for a hybrid format.
Nice to have
A technical or BA background: ex-BA, ex-QA, ex-developer.
Experience in the construction domain.
Prototyping or wireframing in Figma, Miro or similar.
Experience with product analytics.
