We are looking for a Senior Product & Marketing Analyst who can turn data into business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve product performance, marketing efficiency, and subscription economics.
We need someone who goes beyond reporting — proactively identifies opportunities, challenges assumptions, proposes experiments, and drives measurable business impact.
What we expect
Relevant experience. 4+ years in product, marketing, or growth analytics, ideally with B2C subscription products.
Strong analytical skills. Advanced SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar). Ability to independently explore data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
Product & marketing analytics. Experience analyzing acquisition, CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, user behavior, activation, retention, and cohorts. Ability to connect marketing performance with product engagement and monetization.
Subscription economics. Strong understanding of pricing, subscription mix, upsells, rebills, cancellations, refunds, LTV, and pARPPU. Experience with both web funnels and mobile apps is a plus.
Experimentation & statistics. Ability to formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests, estimate potential impact, interpret results, and recommend decisions.
Data tracking & technical collaboration. Understanding of how data is collected, processed, and used. Ability to define tracking requirements, write technical tasks for developers, identify data quality issues, and validate implementation. No hands-on Data Engineering required.
Business thinking & ownership. Ability to translate business goals into analytical questions, independently identify and prioritize growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and measure the impact of decisions.
English intermediate+.
Nice to have: Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or RevenueCat.
Experience in early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams.
