Що робити
- Own and improve retention, engagement, and gamification mechanics for existing brands
- Participate in the launch of new brands, designing engagement strategies, bonus logic, and player journeys from scratch
- Design, implement, and optimize gamification mechanics:
- missions, challenges, tournaments
- loyalty systems, levels, achievements
Що очікуємо
- 2–4+ years of experience in product management, retention, CRM, gamification roles within iGaming
- Strong understanding of player motivation, gamification psychology, and engagement mechanics
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, bonus engines, and promotional tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives without micromanagement
