Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for our robotics product line, starting with our UGV navigation system.
Conduct user and market research to identify product opportunities, grounded in how the product is actually used in operational conditions.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
Manage product backlog and feature prioritization with a bias toward speed and impact over process.
Work closely with the robotics engineering team to move from prototype to deployable system, staying close enough to the hardware and software trade-offs to make informed product calls, not just collect requirements.

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
Understanding of robotics fundamentals – how hardware and software come together in a working system – gained through hands-on experience, not just adjacent exposure.
Experience working with R&D or technically complex products – you understand what it means to build something that doesn’t have an established playbook.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
Ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into actionable product tasks without needing them spelled out.
