About Project
Dreamlines helps travelers find and book their dream cruise — working with the world’s leading cruise lines across Germany, the UK, Australia, and the Netherlands. Our website is a major commercial engine: it connects millions of travellers with high-consideration, high-value offers, and every improvement to search, discovery, landing pages, or enquiry flows has real revenue impact.
We work in a remote-first setup with a 10+ person engineering team based across Germany and Eastern Europe. The culture is practical and delivery-oriented: we value clear thinking, fast iteration, and people who still enjoy doing the detail work.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own conversion growth across our website and emerging AI-mediated discovery experiences. This is a role with real ownership: you’ll set the CRO roadmap, guide a designer, write requirements, run experiments, and ship improvements that move the numbers.
Beyond the website, you’ll help us think ahead — how customers discover cruises through GenAI interfaces, conversational search, and AI assistants is changing fast. You’ll be the person who figures out what that means for Dreamlines, and turns that thinking into practical product work.
Why This Role Is Worth Your Attention
Real ownership from day one — you’ll set the CRO roadmap, not just execute someone else’s
High-impact surface: cruise bookings are high-consideration purchases where UX and conversion design genuinely matter
Genuine AI latitude — use AI tools your way to improve how you think, write, ship, and measure
A focused, senior team: no bureaucracy, short feedback loops, decisions made quickly
A product that’s evolving fast — GenAI discovery is a real emerging frontier, not a buzzword here
What You’ll Do
Conversion & Growth
Own the CRO roadmap across search/discovery flows, landing pages, offer pages, forms, and enquiry journeys
Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements based on data, funnel analysis, and commercial impact
Define, monitor, and publish conversion metrics so the team always knows what’s working
Plan and evaluate experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-launch reviews
Design & UX
Guide a designer with a clear conversion and usability lens — making design work harder, not just prettier
Own page layouts, information hierarchy, CTAs, trust signals, mobile experience, and offer presentation
Use AI to review design briefs, compare UX alternatives, and identify friction before development starts
GenAI Discovery
Own the product approach for how Dreamlines appears in AI assistants, conversational search, and answer engines
Define user journeys that connect AI discovery to website conversion, enquiry flows, and qualified leads
Work with SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure our content is structured for GenAI interpretation
Remote Delivery
Write clear, complete requirements that reduce ambiguity across time zones
Maintain a well-prioritized backlog of tickets that are ready for design and development
Use AI to improve handover quality so remote engineers move faster with fewer questions
Who You Are
4–6 years in ecommerce product management, CRO, growth product, or digital optimization
Track record improving commercial websites where conversion, lead generation, or funnel performance actually mattered
Comfortable with analytics, dashboards, funnel data, and using experiments to prioritize work
Strong written communication — you can write requirements a remote developer in a different timezone can build from
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused — you enjoy the detail work, not just the strategy
Enthusiastic AI user — you already use AI tools daily and are curious about making them even more central to how you work
Especially Valuable Experience
Travel, marketplaces, lead generation, comparison sites, or other high-consideration purchase journeys
Working with remote teams across European time zone
