Who are we looking for? A person who will become a real "product owner" (Product Owner). We don't need a formal manager, but someone who will live the product: understand its internal logic, feel the "pains" of users and do everything to make the system work flawlessly.
We have several parallel areas: payment widgets, audit platform, analytical tools and new AI-Native solutions. You will have to dive deep into each of them at the same time.
Technical background is not mandatory - we have a powerful R&D department. But being able to understand how the product works, ask the right questions, and propose solutions is critical. Product success is in your hands.
What needs to be done Development and scaling: Adopt products after launch and be responsible for their support and growth (we create ideas together, then it's your product).
Deep Dive: Understand the logic behind each product, users, and bottlenecks.
Backlog and task trackers: backlog maintenance, task status, work with Jira / Linear.
Quality responsibility: control of product stability (if necessary, we will hire QA and provide any resources for the result).
Analytics and metrics: Gather feedback and turn data into solutions.
Coordination: synchronization of teams, stakeholders and systematization of processes.
What is important The ability to manage several products at the same time without losing the depth of focus.
Ownership-thinking: "this is my product and I am responsible for it."

Experience in Product Management is welcome, but not required. If you have a relevant background (Analytics, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management) and "burning eyes" - we are on the way.
